After 4 years of running
for Speaker of the Council and chasing rats, isn’t

Hall to fight for them and not against them? Well,

record of improving educational opportunity, affordable
housing and resident-owned business development.
Raising rents, failing schools, health clinics closings
and massive displacement of traditional residents,
largely African-Americans, from Harlem, are some
