1. What is the most important issue in the city you would address if elected?

Rent Is Too Damn High Rent-Freeze-Rent-Reduction-Rent Roll back. (People must have money to spent.) Our plan will create 3 to 6 Million Jobs that will generate a 3 to 6 Billion Dollar surplus. Do the math an estimated 10 Million New Yorkers of Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island, Manhattan, and Queens will no longer have to put up with being harass by "Landlord(s)" again. Not only the Bailout and Stimulus will give us the opportunity to lower rent. Landlords with Violations, Failed to Register building(s), and Other...gives us another reason to lower rent. The party is over.

Rent Is Too Damn High.

2. What other important issues would you address if elected?

Housing Homeless Emergency Bill will make it illegal foe an abandon building to exist anywhere in the 5 Boro's. Thanks to the $800 Billion Dollar bailout and $787 Billion Dollar Stimulus, and you are now a 60% owner of (GM) General Motors. New Yorkers have put out nearly $6 Thousand Dollars toward the Bailout and Stimulus. FREE College Tuition, Student Loans waived or forgiven because of there contribution toward the Bailout and Stimulus. MORTGAGE FRAUD, and Housing Discrimination, we are also calling for Mortgages Reduced and in come cases mortgages waived. Fraud and corruption that involves every Federal, State and Local Agencies: (1) The Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae). (2) The Federal Home Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac).
