Candidate Statement
I am the daughter and granddaughter of immigrants. I believe in the American dream. When my grandparents first arrived in America, they worked arduous overnight shifts and took multiple jobs to pay the rent and feed their children.
Today, we face uncertain challenges. But like my grandparents I know that when we work together, we can achieve anything.
I want to work with Governor Cuomo, Senator Schumer and Speaker Pelosi to unify the Democratic party, and get real results to improve the quality of life for people in the Bronx and Queens, NOW!
