Candidate Statement

I am running for re-election to the New York State Assembly to continue the work that I started. I am fighting for equity in society. I have seen how inequities, especially in health care, can have a great impact on the lives of people in our society. I would like to use my position, as a public official, to improve the lives of New Yorkers, who suffer at the hands of the wealthy and the companies that are seeking profit. I want to fight for middle, working class families, like mine, and the impoverished, who are the folks who need someone to be on their side and to advocate for them and their interests the most.
