David has been a managing director and financial advisor for over 25 years.

Education

David is a graduate of Jamaica High School, SUNY at Albany, with a cum laude degree in Political Science, and a law degree from Hofstra University.

Formerly affiliated with the Queens Jewish Community Council, National Conference of Community & Justice, Respect for Law Alliance and others.

Prior Public Experience

Deputy Superintendent of Banks and Secretary of the Banking Board for New York State. New York City Council Member.

Candidate Statement

David has been a tireless advocate for Queens for over 25 years. Whether on the council or in the Assembly, he has prioritized responsible spending and progress for our state a long list of issues including but not limited to gay marriage, infrastructure development as well as increased rental protections for New York City residents.
