Candidate Statement

I’ve passed 79 bills on progressive issues such as protecting tenants from eviction, allowing survivors of child sexual abuse to seek justice in court and cracking down on pandemic price gouging. I’ve championed LGBT issues, police reforms, women’s reproductive health, the environment and progressive taxation, and helped thousands of constituents receive their unemployment. As we navigate through COVID-19, I’ll continue to fight for public schools, arts, mass transit and affordable housing, and ensure the most vulnerable — including seniors and the disabled — receive the support they deserve.
