Candidate Statement
The Bronx is always known to be The Poorest Congressional District yet the most Democrat District, but people are kept so poor, dependent, and dumb that they can't see the correlation. ACCESS to ownership, leadership, and capital is needed in order for us to control and change our community. Or we will be controlled in our community. I was once told that with my economic and civic development platform that I have been working, if I ever raised the medium income in the South Bronx from 24K a year to at least 40K a year. The more money, ownership, and leadership someone has, the more conservative the mind set will become. AND we all agree that mindset is the core issue that needs to change first.
