Candidate Statement

We need to continue to rise and unite to counter the greatest health crisis of our lifetime. I have distributed thousands of medical supplies, meals for seniors, and sponsored legislation to address increased healthcare, and access to affordable housing. We are fighting for the New York Health Act, funding our public schools and universities, and infrastructure investment - employing unionized workers.

I am the lead sponsor of the NYS Equal Rights Amendment, which passed the Assembly, and the Teach LGBT NY initiative.

For the past six years I have been proud to represent the 76th Assembly District and provide essential constituent services.

I am a Democrat running on the “Rise and Unite” party line. I respectfully ask for your support.
