Candidate Statement
It is a great privilege to serve the people of New York's 16th District. In Congress I have always fought for quality, affordable health care, strict gun laws, a cleaner environment and a stronger public school system. We must continue fighting for these issues, in addition to working to combat climate change, help folks navigate the economic fallout of the coronavirus pandemic, reform our criminal justice system, protect human and civil rights, and fix our broken electoral system. These have always been, and will remain, my priorities in Congress.
