Candidate Statement

We’re in the midst of a global pandemic and the 4th industrial revolution. Economic projections are worse than The Great Depression. Millions are unemployed, tens of thousands are dead, and Congress has been on recess.

We need to wake up. Hate crimes in New York doubled in 2019. It's not about Trump. It’s about what comes after.

Theodor Wolff, 1933: “It’s a hopeless mis-judgement to think that one could force a dictatorial regime upon the German nation. [Our] diversity calls for democracy.” Yuval Harari, 2019: “Whoever controls the algorithms [is] the real government.”

My name is Jonathan Herzog. I am an organizer and educator born and raised on the west side endorsed by Andrew Yang. It would be an honor to earn your support on June 23.
