NYCCFB Votes on Enforcement Matters at Public Meeting
02/16/2023
At today's public meeting, the NYC Campaign Finance Board (CFB) voted on penalties to 1 campaign from the 2019 special election for Public Advocate. Please refer to the tables below for more details on those determinations.
Other business conducted during the public meeting included an announcement of all campaigns that were in compliance. The candidates below have completed the post-election audit process without any violations and penalties assessed by the Campaign Finance Board. The Board recognizes the diligence of the candidates and their campaign staff in running campaigns that maintained compliance with New York City’s campaign finance law. Of these campaigns, 3 were first time candidates with the CFB.
A video recording of the meeting is available on the CFB's YouTube channel.
