NYCCFB Votes on Enforcement Matters at Public Meeting

07/22/2025

July 22, 2025 – On Tuesday, July 15th, the NYC Campaign Finance Board (CFB) voted to assess penalties to four committees from the 2021 election cycle and public funds repayment obligations to two committees. Please refer to the tables below for more details on these determinations. Determination memos can be found here.

At this meeting, the CFB also announced a list of campaigns that were in compliance. These candidates have completed the post-election audit process without any violations or penalties assessed by the Campaign Finance Board. The Board recognizes the diligence of the candidates and their staff in running campaigns that maintained compliance with New York City’s campaign finance program. Of these campaigns, one is a first time candidate with the Campaign Finance Board.

A video recording of the meeting is available on the live stream section of CFB's YouTube channel.
