Independent Expenditures Filing Deadlines
2017 Citywide Elections
All independent spenders must file disclosure statements with the CFB once their spending reaches a certain threshold.
No statement is required if there is no reportable activity during a disclosure period.
A “daily disclosure” statement is due within 24 hours of engaging in reportable activity during the two weeks before the primary and general elections.

If a runoff election occurs, daily disclosure is required for the two weeks before the runoff, and a disclosure statement is due 10 days after the runoff.
