The following are candidates who failed to file required disclosure statements by the due date. The most recent disclosure statement was due on 01/17/2012.

To allow for the arrival of disclosure statements that were sent by mail and postmarked by midnight on the due date, this list will be updated approximately one week after each disclosure statement deadline.

Note: The fact that a candidate is not listed on this page does not imply that the candidate has in fact filed all required disclosure statements. Prior to the conclusion of the post-election audit, the Board may lack sufficient information to determine when a candidate was required to begin filing (all candidates are required to file disclosure statements as soon as they have campaign activity). A candidate’s appearance on this list does not imply that the Board has found the candidate in violation of the disclosure statement requirements. Findings of violation and appropriate penalty determinations, if any, will be made only after the candidate is given notice of the alleged violation(s) and an opportunity to appear before the Board. Board findings of violation are publicized in a Board press release issued shortly after the Board takes action.
