Help Us Promote Voter Awareness

Get involved in the CFB's citywide, nonpartisan community outreach campaign to promote voter registration, awareness, and participation! The Voter Assistance Unit can help you register voters and promote voter participation if you are holding an event in your community. Email the Voter Assistance Unit with the details of your event and your contact information.

Help Distribute the Voter Guide

If your business or group would like to receive Voter Guides in bulk and make them available to your members or to the public, send an email to VoterGuideInfo@nyccfb.info with your contact information and we'll add you to our bulk distribution list for future elections.

Get Involved in Your Local Elections

The CFB encourages you to get involved in local elections. Registering and voting in every election are important first steps. You can also:

• become a poll worker
• volunteer as a poll watcher
• join a local political party organization
• sign a candidate petition
• volunteer for a campaign or contribute to a candidate (remember, NYC residents' contributions to local candidates can be matched with public funds at a $6-to-$1 rate if the candidate participates in the Campaign Finance Program, greatly increasing the impact of even small contributions.)
