The New York City Campaign Finance Board today assessed penalties against one candidate from the 2001 elections and three candidates from the 2003 elections for various violations of the Campaign Finance Act, including acceptance of prohibited contributions, expenditure limit violations, and late response to the draft audit report. A complete list of violations and penalties appears below.
