CFB Votes on Enforcement Matters from 2021 Elections and Recent Special Elections

The NYC Campaign Finance Board (CFB) today voted on enforcement matters for independent expenditure committees active in the 2021 election cycle and candidate campaigns from recent special elections. Refer to the table below for details on the Board's enforcement decisions. A memo detailing the violations and penalties is available by clicking the link in the total penalties column.
The Board recognized the following candidates for completing the post-election audit process without any violations and penalties assessed. The Board recognizes the diligence of the candidates and their campaign staff in running campaigns that maintained compliance with New York City’s campaign finance law.
