2019B City Council District 45 Special Election
All independent spenders must file disclosure statements with the CFB once their spending reaches a certain threshold.
No statement is required if there is no reportable activity during a disclosure period.
A “daily disclosure” statement is due within 24 hours of engaging in reportable activity during the two weeks before election day.
The first filing for the June 2019 Primary is due May 24, 2019. The first filing for the 2021 elections is due January 15, 2021.
