Political Committee Registration
Program participants may only accept contributions from Political Committees that are registered with the CFB. Any contribution from an unregistered Political Committee is a violation and will have to be refunded. Accepting a contribution from an unregistered Political Committee could result in a suspension of public funds.
A Political Committee must be registered within 20 days of receipt of the contribution in non-election years and within 10 days in election years.
