* Please note that if you choose to run in the fall 2008 elections for Council District #30, you will not file Statements 4 and 5 (because you will be filing those statements for the fall elections instead).

All contributions accepted during a disclosure period must be disclosed in the statement covering that period in order for them to be eligible for public matching funds.
